Greg Layzell

Director
Having been a director of a successful trading business in Jersey for many years Greg knows what's involved in running a business and it's this experience that drives him to want to work with other business owners and directors in the Island. This combined with over a decade in the corporate sector as an accountant, analyst and project manager gives him the experience and expertise to offer solid, no-nonsense advice. Greg is also a Jersey based Non Executive Director.

Andrew Bougourd

Director, Head of Tax
Andy is a qualified accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor and a graduate of the Bar Professional Training Course. With over three decades of experience including Big 4 and as an accountancy practice principal Andy is well placed to lead the L&Co Tax Division. Andy has a client focused approach which combined with an in depth knowledge of all Jersey tax from his time working with ultra-high net worth individuals, local businesses, corporates, multinationals, trust companies and their underlying clients, he is a well placed to advise on all areas of taxation.
Ross Hunter
Director, Head of Consultancy & Business Development
Leading the growth of our Consultancy division as well as company wide growth, Ross is a key leader of the team. Having held senior management roles within financial services, intellectual property, executive recruitment and consultancy sectors Ross is well placed to utilise his stakeholder management skillset and network to establish L&Co as a leading consultancy business in Jersey and further afield.

Lawrence Boleat

Senior Manager
Lawrence joined us at the beginning of August 2022 and has become a great addition to the team. He brings with him over a decade of experience in the field and is ACCA qualified. Lawrence is a hands on manager and is responsible for managing both our clients and the team on a day to day basis. He's excited to help push Layzell & Co to become the “go to” local accounting practice in Jersey.

Vanessa Walmsley
Operations Manager
Having joined the team in 2023 Vanessa's strong background in client facing, operational and change management has been invaluable. Vanessa loves the fact that no two days are the same in her role and is always happy to help clients and the team as a core team member that will help Layzell & Co reach new levels.

Eden Harrison
Senior Accountant
Having been part of the team from the beginning Eden is an integral part of the team. She is a core member of the client team and Eden has received a lot of praise and compliments from clients which is a testament to her hard work, dedication to her role, and friendly and helpful nature. She is currently flying through her ACCA exams to become a qualified accountant.

Richard Ramos
Accountant
Richard is an experienced accountant with a breadth of experience accumulated over a number of years with one of Jersey's largest fund administrators.
With a keen eye for detail and analytical prowess overlaid with a laid back approach and client centrered focus Richard is a core pillar of the client accounting team.

Amy Bee
Accountant
Amy is a part-qualified ACCA accountant with over a decade of experience in internal finance, working with local businesses and within the corporate world.
Amy is an experienced and highly capable accountant. Being a core client-facing member of the team, Amy is adept at managing client requirements, frequently meeting with clients on-site.

Carmen Lucas
Accounting Assistant
Joining us in April 2023 Carmen is a qualified bookkeeper having completed her IAB Level 2 qualification. Making a big impact to the team Carmen is looking forward to broadening her experience, taking further qualifications and being a part of the L&Co journey.
